This are all the some cases of software problem occurs in the mobile phone while we are using the mobile phone for our purposes.The following are some of the few symptoms that appear when the software area of the pone becomes out of order fully or partially.
1. Display shows "CONTACT SERVICE" OR "CONTACT RETAILER"
2. Phone Hangs - Very Often
3. Phone restarts (will switch off and on) automatically
4. Phone keys response will become slow

6. Graphics of the phone will be ok - but no texts/numeric will appears - voice functions ok.

For all the above problems the defective software should be erased from the EEMPROM and resh software should be loaded on to it. This process makes the phone work properly.
